These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern access to and use of My Advisers at https://myadvisers.in. By using the website, submitting a consulting request, creating or using an account, using our free SEO tools, participating in community features, or otherwise interacting with our services, you agree to these Terms.
1. About My Advisers
My Advisers has transitioned to focus exclusively on technology consulting. We no longer offer financial advisory, educational/admission consulting, business registration/compliance, recruitment, or property-dealing services.
Our current technology consulting services are organized into six areas:
Web Development — domain and hosting guidance, website design and development, and website platform selection.
Digital Marketing — affiliate marketing, content marketing, and email and social media marketing.
SEO Services — on-page SEO, off-page SEO, and local and technical SEO.
Paid Advertising — search and display advertising, social media advertising, and marketplace advertising.
Tools & Software — CRM and business software guidance, security and antivirus guidance, and marketing and website tools, including our free SEO tools (Section 4).
Technology Consulting — technology partnerships, digital transformation, and business technology guides.
Depending on the requirement, My Advisers may provide information or consulting guidance directly, recommend tools or approaches, or facilitate contact with relevant third-party service providers. The exact scope, deliverables, fees, and responsibilities for any specific engagement should be confirmed separately.
2. Informational Nature of Website Content
Articles, guides, comparisons, examples, checklists, and other website materials are provided for general informational and planning purposes. Technology, search-engine systems, advertising platforms, software products, hosting services, pricing, and third-party policies change over time. You should independently verify information that is important to a technical, commercial, security, contractual, or implementation decision.
3. No Guaranteed Results
Unless expressly agreed in a separate written engagement, My Advisers does not guarantee specific search rankings, traffic levels, advertising returns, leads, revenue, software outcomes, uptime, security results, development timelines, or other business results. Outcomes can depend on factors outside our control, including third-party platforms, algorithms, market conditions, implementation quality, and the information supplied by users.
4. SEO Tools and Google Account Connection
My Advisers provides free, self-service SEO tools as part of our Tools & Software and SEO Services areas, including tools that display your own Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Google Ads data after you connect your Google account.
4.1 Free Usage Limits
- Guests (not logged in): up to 5 free tool uses per day.
- Logged-in users: up to 10 free tool uses per day.
- Certain higher-cost tools (full backlinks list, domain traffic overview) are limited to 1 use per day and require you to be logged in.
- Limits reset daily and are enforced per browser/device and IP address. We reserve the right to adjust these limits at any time.
4.2 Connecting Your Google Account
- To use the Analytics, Search Console, or Ads tools, you must connect your own Google account and grant read-only permission via Google’s consent screen.
- You are responsible for the security of your own Google account and for reviewing what permissions you grant before approving them.
- You may disconnect your Google account at any time; see our Privacy Policy for details on what this does and does not affect.
- You must only connect a Google account you own or are authorized to access. Do not attempt to access, request, or view Analytics, Search Console, or Ads data belonging to a domain, property, or account that is not yours or that you are not authorized to view.
4.3 No Warranty on Third-Party Data
Results shown by these tools are sourced from Google, DataForSEO, and WhoisXML. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or continuous availability of this third-party data. Results may be temporarily unavailable due to factors outside our control, including third-party API downtime or rate limits.
4.4 Acceptable Use of These Tools
You agree not to use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to bypass the daily usage limits described above, and not to use these tools for any unlawful purpose or to access data you are not authorized to view.
5. Consulting Requests and User Information
When submitting a request through the website, you agree to provide information that is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you are authorized to provide. Do not submit passwords, private keys, payment credentials, highly sensitive personal information, or confidential third-party data unless a secure and specifically authorized process has been established for that purpose.
6. Third-Party Providers, Tools, and Referral Relationships
The website may link to or discuss third-party software, hosting providers, advertising platforms, agencies, freelancers, marketplaces, and other service providers relevant to our six consulting areas. My Advisers does not control third-party services and is not responsible for their availability, security, terms, pricing, performance, or conduct.
Where a referral, affiliate, advertising, or other commercial relationship exists, My Advisers may receive compensation. Users remain responsible for evaluating whether a third-party product or provider is appropriate for their requirements and for reviewing the provider’s own terms and privacy practices.
7. Fees and Payments
Some website information, tools, or initial interactions are available without charge, while particular consulting, implementation, or third-party services may involve fees. Any applicable price, payment schedule, taxes, refund terms, and deliverables should be communicated for the relevant service or engagement. Do not assume that every service described on the website is free.
8. Accounts and Security
If the website provides account functionality, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activity carried out through your account. Notify My Advisers if you reasonably believe your account has been accessed without authorization.
9. Community and Forum Conduct
Where forums, comments, or other community features are available, users must not post unlawful, abusive, deceptive, defamatory, infringing, malicious, or spam content; distribute malware; attempt unauthorized access; impersonate others; or misuse the platform for fraudulent activity. My Advisers may moderate, restrict, or remove content or access where reasonably necessary to protect the platform and its users.
10. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, original website content, branding, graphics, documentation, and other materials created by or for My Advisers are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may access website content for lawful personal or internal business use, but you may not reproduce, republish, sell, scrape at scale, misrepresent authorship, or commercially exploit protected materials without appropriate permission.
Third-party names, trademarks, software, screenshots, and other materials remain the property of their respective owners.
11. Acceptable Use
- Do not attempt to disrupt, overload, probe, or gain unauthorized access to the website or its infrastructure.
- Do not use automated systems in a manner that materially harms site availability or violates applicable law.
- Do not submit content or requests that infringe third-party rights.
- Do not use My Advisers branding to imply an endorsement, partnership, or authorization that does not exist.
- Do not use our SEO tools to access, request, or attempt to access data belonging to a Google account, domain, or property that is not your own or that you are not authorized to view (see also Section 4.2 and 4.4).
12. Website Availability and Technical Changes
We may modify, suspend, replace, or discontinue website features, content, integrations, or services as the platform evolves. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every feature will remain compatible with every browser, device, plugin, API, or third-party platform.
13. Limitation of Responsibility
To the extent permitted by applicable law, My Advisers is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from reliance on general website information, third-party services (including Google, DataForSEO, and WhoisXML data shown through our tools), platform changes, user configuration errors, or circumstances outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold My Advisers harmless from claims, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms, misuse of our SEO tools (including unauthorized access to Google account data), or infringement of any third-party right through your use of the website.
15. Privacy
Our handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy. Third-party services linked from or integrated with My Advisers (including Google, DataForSEO, and WhoisXML) may have separate privacy practices and terms.
16. Termination or Restriction of Access
We may restrict access to accounts, community features, SEO tools, or other services where reasonably necessary because of misuse, security concerns, legal requirements, violation of these Terms, or conduct that materially harms the platform or other users.
17. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
18. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any separately agreed written engagement terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and My Advisers regarding your use of the website, superseding any prior agreements regarding this subject matter.
19. Changes to These Terms
These Terms may be updated as the website, services, laws, or operating model change. The current version published on this page applies from its stated update date. Continued use of the website after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.
20. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, subject to applicable mandatory legal rights and jurisdictional requirements. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts having jurisdiction over Purba Medinipur, West Bengal, India, subject to applicable law.
